OTM-Goat camembert with Bonnie Goods Oat cakes and warm Espresso syrup!!!

A flavor combination I've discovered purely by accident but it does a dance on the taste buds you'll never forget.

(serves 4)
Simply take 4 of shots of Espresso (or strong instant) Coffee and simmer with 2 heaped tablespoons of Raw sugar until dissolved and syrupy.
Pop oatcakes in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

To plate- Lay oatcakes flat on your plates then spoon half the warm syrup over them, place a wedge of OTM-Goat Camembert on the oat cakes and spoon remainder of your syrup over the cheese to allow it to soften from the heat. Serve and enjoy

I recommend a nice Port or Kahlua to accompany this decadent dessert.

Cheese + pies = perfection. Agree? We recently stumbled upon Lake Farm Beef artisan pies and feel in love instantly. AND they're fans of NZ specialty cheese. Italian Beef & Gorgonzola or Mince & Meyer Cheese Aged Gouda anyone?
